Find Your Happy Place....

Picture
Welcome back! In this weeks blog, we are going to discuss finding your Happy Place, and limiting the impact of hardships we will inevitably face in life.

Life is a balancing act in which we must find ways to decompress, otherwise, you will have some sort of melting point! Knowing this, we must practice good behavior to limit the amount of trials we will face in life. One can never escape hardship, but one can definitely limit the impact. It's like riding a bike! Throughout the process of learning how to ride a bike there are surely bumps and bruises, however, protective gear limits the impact and severity of sustained injuries.

Comparatively, good behavior will limit the impact of trials we face throughout life, thus, favorable outcomes will manifest despite what meets the eye! Good behavior is synonymous with practicing good karma, it's important to always exude positive energy. Those with "Em-path-ic Ability" can sense people with negative energy immediately. For those who do not have "Em-path-ic Ability", simply evaluate the relationships in your life. If a person has a track record of manipulation, insecurity, and unhappiness BEWARE, they will definitely halt progress in your life.

Tactics can include :
  • Using others as pawns to maintain a spotless appearance.
  • Sabotage Relationships.
  • The use of Scapegoats to shift guilt or shame.
  • Make use of "The Cat's Paw" (A person who is used by another, typically to carry out an unpleasant or dangerous task.)
Be that as it may, you must find a way to retreat, and disengage. Otherwise, precious time will be lost, and throw you off pivot from life goals and objectives. In a worst case scenario, one can be caught in their web, and never find a way out. I caution you to retreat, and disengage from the unhappy.

Lastly, plan all the way to the end. Associate with those that are happy, and headed on the same trajectory. If you are the smartest person in your social circle, how can you learn and grow?

As a final point, drink coffee, light candles, and be amazing!
